FIRST DOWNS

Decisions made. Let’s get to work. We are full of enthusiasm and hope that this time we will succeed. So passes the first, second week. Suddenly it turns out that it is not so easy to keep our resolutions. We are tired or have a bad day. Sometimes you have to take a break. Two days turns to two weeks. And then what? My answer is, „force yourself”. The worst is when you can’t see the effects of your work yet. Example: you start exercising. Great, but do not expect that within a week you will achieve the intended effects. They certainly will show up in time. The problem is that we want to see results right away. We do not want to wait. And so it is in every area of our lives. It’s not about time, but about results! Sometimes we can quickly achieve the desired goal. Another time you may find that going to take us a year or five. The idea is to get into the habit. At the beginning it probably will „hurt”, but over time it will become a duty and then becomes a pleasure. When we are already so consistent that sleepless night will not disturb us and we will do what we have to do … Only after that, we won’t have to wait long for the results of our work.
