Metamorphosis – Summary of second workout month

It’s time for a summary of another month of working towards better looks and „feels”. Unfortunately I can’t say that my plan worked perfectly. I couldn’t follow goals that I’ve set for myself, but I can’t say i failed miserably. I planned to work out 5 days a week. Truth is I was doing 3-4 days and even one week came to a count of zero(which I’m ashamed of!). I have started to  work out with Jillian Micheals and I have to say, that her way of doing things speaks to me the most so far. For definite results I will need to wait another month.

My results from last month:

Waist – 73cm; Belly – 87cm; Hips – 94cm; Weight – 57kg

My results from 2 months ago:

Waist – 72cm; Belly – 86cm; Hips – 93cm; Weight – my scale is broken so need to fix that

 

I’m not giving up! I’m going to keep working out. In two-three months the „beach” season starts. I definitely have to push my pace a bit, so I can look good in my bathing suit 🙂
